The Marine Engines and Transmissions Program is a package of three courses: Marine Gasoline Engines (Inboard and Outboards), Marine Diesel Engines (Diesel I and Diesel II), and Marine Transmissions (Inboards and Out-Drives).
This group of courses covers the fundamentals of each topic, the service and maintenance routines, and Troubleshooting, including laboratories and evaluations. Those courses are a good complement to the preparation to take the ABYC certifications of Marine Diesel Engines and Marine Gasoline Engines.
